We had hydroseeding done by Andrew and his crew on 8/25/26. These after shots are from today, 9/5/26. Look at that growth! We saw grass growing after a week just like he said…. and it’s almost filled in with growth after 11 days. Great customer service, product guarantee through the end of the year - professional and good communication. Do yourself a favor and have AJS take care of your lawn, you won’t be disappointed!

We're very pleased with the work done by AJS Outdoor Services! Andrew and his team were great to work with! Our job involved removing old landscape rock and fabric around two large evergreen trees, expanding the edging around the trees and filling the area with mulch, plus replacing about 25 feet of edging in another area. Meshing our busy schedule with AJS Outdoor Services schedule was a bit challenging but Andrew accommodated our needs. As the date approached, Andrew texted us a couple days in advance confirming their schedule and plan. Upon arrival, we discussed and confirmed the scope of work and they began. All work was completed in a couple of days and it looks so much better! We found the original 'landscape fabric' installed beneath the trees years ago was actually plastic sheeting rather than mesh. No wonder the tree's weren't thriving! Thank You, Andrew and team, for your work on our project! Will we call them back again? Absolutely!

Andrew did a fine job on removing the old rock and putting in the new river rock. We had pink rock from 1970's covered with another layer of wood chips. The lawn got beat up from the Bobcat. Andrew came out to over seed. That helped. I will be asking him to hydro seed next season because we have more work being done on the exterior, and I'm afraid hydro seeding now would just be ruined. I may also try to talk to him about planting to further beautify the exterior. You can see the river rock is quite an improvement!

Andrew did a fabulous job on my fall cleanup. My lawn was spotless. He blew out all my flower beds and took the leaves with him. He was very kind and I feel his pricing is very competitive. I would recommend him very highly. If you don’t have anyone to do your fall or spring cleanup give him a try. He lives in Bloomington and I prefer to support small businesses in my community. He will be sending me his pricing for fertilizer and aeration and I’m expecting that to be competitive also.
